With this service, we aim to offer our Commercial Customers a 'hassle-free' solution to their daily laundry needs. A Wash 'n Press Account Manager will spend time with the customer, in order to determine their exact needs / requirements, and a determination will be made regarding which of the following offerings, best suit the customer's needs: Rental - Wash 'n Press has its own, high quality, readily available items (e.g. table cloths, serviettes, overlays), for use on a rental basis Procure & Care - Ready-made, or custom manufactured items can be ordered by the customer, according to individualised specifications. Once paid for, the customer takes ownership of the items, and Wash 'n Press takes care of the cleaning, under the same conditions as our "Cleaning and Care" service. Procure & Rent - Ready-made, or custom manufactured items can be ordered by the customer, according to individualised specifications. Wash 'n Press retains ownership of the items, and takes care of the cleaning, under the same conditions as our "Fully Outsourced Rental" service outlined above. (Due to the capital outlay required, this service requires a 'minimum duration' contract, which can be negotiated on an individual basis.) Once all of the customers' requirements have been determined, a service option has been selected, and potential sources for either the finished items, or the raw materials have been identified (if applicable), a quote will be provided for the service, along with any textile samples (if applicable). In the case of selecting the Rental service, and using Wash 'n Press' own, high quality, readily available items, the service can commence almost immediately, upon acceptance of the quote. Alternatively, should the quote be for individualized items which require procurement / manufacturing, then once the quote is accepted, a contract for the service can be entered into (if applicable), and sample laundry items / textiles will be procured / manufactured according to the customers' specifications. Upon confirmation that the provided samples are acceptable, the balance of the items will be procured / manufactured, and the service (either "Procure & Care", or "Procure & Rent") can commence. Our "Fully Outsourced" service has the following options: Drop-off & Collect – Customers drop-off the laundry at one of our branches (during our standard operating hours), and collect it again, once it has been cleaned. Pick-up & Delivery – We will arrange to pick-up the laundry from our customers' premises, and deliver it again, once it has been cleaned. Pick-up and delivery times will be arranged during a mutually agreed 'time window' which takes into account our customers' individual business needs, as well as any logistical considerations) We offer a standard turn-around of 24 hours (excluding transportation time), but we will be more than happy to negotiate faster turn-around times, including a same-day service, for those customers who require it. We have a flexible pricing model, which allows us to price our services according to our customers' individual needs. We are happy to offer our customers prices based on individual loads of laundry, as well as a fixed price* per Kilogram of laundry.
